Jacob is our longest-reigning member of the Savile Row staff, boasting an impressive over eight-year tenure. As our resident whisky expert, he takes great pride in curating and selecting the finest offerings for our backbar. Jacob's expertise extends beyond his passion for whisky as he also serves as a mentor to our younger team members. His remarkable contributions have garnered him nominations for various awards, solidifying his significance within our team.

Leah is our powerhouse Venue Manager and officially Australia’s No.1 Bartender, crowned top of the @t25bartenders list in 2025! With a sharp eye for detail, unmatched creativity, and a genuine love for the craft, Leah brings world-class energy to every shift behind the bar. Their passion for whisky, dedication to service, and ability to lead with both strength and heart have made them a true force at Savile Row.

Julian is a fresh face behind the bar at Savile Row, stepping into his role as Bar Manager with passion and flair. With a background in fine dining, he brings a refined touch and a deep appreciation for all things whisky, rum, and the history of classic cocktails. Beyond his skill with spirits, Julian is known for his infectious energy—whether he’s shaking up cocktails or showing off his moves on the dance floor. Bringing the good vibes is his specialty, and he’s already making his mark on the team.

Simone is a core part of our team, and is known for his stellar service and Italian charm. Starting his hospitality journey young, working at his Uncle’s bar in Genova, Italy.
After moving to Brisbane, Simone fell in love with Savile Row, joining the team and adding his warm persona, love of hospitality and legendary service to the venue. Housing a passion for all things spirits, he is also our resident Whisky fanatic. Pop into the bar and say hello to Simone when you see him next.

New kid on the block and Bar Supervisor, Sam, is bringing the heat to Savile Row! With a deep passion for whisky and an eagerness to share that knowledge, he’s right at home behind the bar, crafting drinks and curating memorable experiences for every guest. Whether he’s pouring drams or shaking cocktails, Sam’s enthusiasm is contagious—making him a face you’ll want to look out for next time you visit.

Meet Sammy, aka the other Sam. A self-confessed chatterbox, Sammy will have a conversation with anyone and everyone; good luck getting a word in but trust you will be laughing. Off the clock, Sammy has a secret weapon: he is also a stand-up comedian. When you watch him shake, you know he means business. A huge fan of all things cocktails, come and watch him shake the magic!

Hannah hails from Rockhampton and brings her solid pub background to Savile Row, along with a genuine love for all things hospitality. Known for her friendly service and approachable energy, she’s all about making every guest feel welcome and ensuring every visit leaves a smile. Fun fact Hannah is our Australian Whisky connoisseur.

Kyle was a Savile Row enthusiast long before he joined the team, making the move from guest to bartender a natural one. Since then, he's become one of the hardest-working members of the crew, with his creativity, knowledge, and passion for the craft growing from strength to strength. Always eager to learn and explore the world of cocktails, Kyle is constantly refining his skills in pursuit of the perfect drink, with a particular soft spot for anything blue. Next time you're behind the orange door, be sure to say hello.

New to the Savile Row team, but certainly no stranger to Brisbane’s bar scene. She-arna has spent years popping up behind the bars of some of your favourite local spots, building a reputation for warm hospitality, seriously good cocktails and an ever-growing love affair with bourbon. A self-confessed bourbon fanatic and cocktail extraordinaire, She-arna brings a great mix of knowledge, creativity and personality to the bar. 

Our newest addition to the Savile Row team, although you absolutely wouldn’t know it. Will has slotted into the team with the kind of ease and enthusiasm that makes it feel like he’s been here forever. A passionate bartender and huge fan of all things whisky, Will has a particular soft spot for bourbon and loves nothing more than getting stuck into the details behind a good bottle. He brings genuine curiosity, great energy and a real love for hospitality to the bar.
